Terms of Service

Effective August 11, 2026

These launch terms are intended to clearly document the current service and customer controls. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Scroller, Inc., doing business as Life Restock (“Life Restock,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Life Restock lets you save product information and request that an item be purchased on a future or immediate schedule. A restock request is an instruction for us to review a potential purchase; it is not itself a completed retailer order and does not guarantee availability, price, delivery date, or fulfillment.

Price review and your approval

Retailer prices, tax, shipping, fees, availability, and delivery estimates can change. Before charging you, we determine the then-current retailer total and add the displayed Life Restock service fee. We disclose the applicable total through the service or a confirmation message and obtain the approval required by the applicable checkout or confirmation flow.

Saved payment method

By saving a card, you authorize Stripe to store the payment method and authorize Life Restock to charge it off-session only for a restock you have approved, for the final total disclosed to you. If the amount changes, a new approval is required. Your bank may require additional authentication.

Service fees

The service fee is shown separately before final approval and is currently the greater of $4.99 or 10% of the verified retailer total. We may change this pricing prospectively, but the applicable fee will always be disclosed before you approve and are charged.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

You may edit, skip, or cancel a request before fulfillment begins. Once a retailer order has been placed, changes, cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depend on the retailer’s policies and our ability to modify the order. Contact help@liferestock.com promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less amounts that are non-refundable under the retailer’s policy unless law requires otherwise.

Gifts and recipient information

You represent that you have permission to provide another person’s name and address for a requested delivery and that the information is accurate. You may not use the service to harass, threaten, deceive, or send unlawful or prohibited items.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse product extraction or address search, evade usage controls, probe or disrupt the service, submit private-network URLs, use stolen payment information, place fraudulent orders, violate retailer restrictions, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Retailers and third parties

Retailers, carriers, payment processors, and other providers are independent third parties. Their terms and policies may apply. Product descriptions and images originate from retailers and may contain inaccuracies. Life Restock is not the manufacturer of items purchased through the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, retailer inventory, product quality, delivery timing, or that a retailer will accept an order. To the extent permitted by law, Life Restock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Account suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to protect customers, providers, retailers, or Life Restock; investigate suspected fraud or abuse; comply with law; or address violations of these Terms.

Changes and contact
