Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

Life Restock is a service of Scroller, Inc., doing business as Life Restock. This initial policy describes the service as it operates today and will be updated as new providers and features are activated.

Information we collect

We collect account information from Google sign-in, product links and saved product details, schedules, recipient and U.S. shipping addresses, phone numbers, communications preferences, order instructions, and operational records needed to fulfill a restock.

Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe. Life Restock receives limited card information such as brand, expiration date, and last four digits, but does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Create and manage restock requests.
• Verify product availability, price, tax, shipping, and service fees.
• Request confirmation and final-total approval.
• Charge an approved saved payment method and place an approved retailer order.
• Provide customer service, prevent abuse, secure the service, and keep financial and operational records.

Service providers

We disclose information only as needed to providers supporting authentication, hosting, database operations, payments, product-page extraction, address lookup, communications, shipment tracking, security, and customer support. Active providers currently include Google, DigitalOcean, Stripe, Firecrawl, and OpenAI where configured. Additional providers will be added to this policy before customer-facing activation.

Mobile information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share them with service providers solely to deliver transactional Life Restock messages.

Retailer orders and receipts

When fulfilling a request, we may provide the retailer with the recipient name, delivery address, and a Life Restock-controlled receipt address. We retain order confirmations, receipts, shipment updates, and related communications for customer support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. We do not intentionally enroll customers in retailer marketing programs.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, encrypted connections, audit records, restricted provider credentials, and payment tokenization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can update account information and communication preferences in Settings. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS and START to opt back in. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us. Some financial, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.

Children

Life Restock is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice.
